Comprehensive psychological assessments by licensed professionals specializing in immigration cases

Our Immigration
Evaluation Services

We provide comprehensive psychological assessments to document the trauma and persecution faced in your home country. These reports serve as vital evidence to support your legal claim for safety and protection in the United States.

Designed for individuals seeking protection under the Violence Against Women Act, these evaluations sensitively document the psychological impact of domestic abuse. We highlight the complexities of your experience to help establish your eligibility for independent legal status.

We assess and document the unique emotional, financial, and health-related challenges that a qualifying relative would face if you were not granted a waiver. Our detailed reports provide the clinical evidence needed to demonstrate “extreme hardship” to immigration authorities.

For victims of certain crimes who have suffered mental or physical abuse, these evaluations document the resulting psychological distress. We focus on your helpfulness to law enforcement and the ongoing impact the trauma has had on your life.

These specialized assessments support victims of human trafficking by documenting the severe trauma and mental health consequences of their experience. We provide a safe environment to share your story while creating a robust clinical record for your application.

We provide clinical documentation to show how your deportation would result in exceptional and extremely unusual hardship to your U.S. citizen or permanent resident family members. These reports are essential for building a strong case in immigration court.

We offer expert clinical drafting for licensed clinicians who need professional, high-quality report support for their own clients. Whether you need a standard turnaround or a priority rush, we ensure your findings are presented clearly and effectively.

A rush fee is applied to cases with urgent deadlines to prioritize the expedited drafting and delivery of the final report.

For cases requiring the assessment of spouses or children, an additional fee covers the extra clinical time needed to interview and document the specific impact on each family member.

The Evaluation Process: What to Expect

Contact us to discuss your case. We’ll explain what evaluation type you need, answer your questions, and determine if we have a licensed clinician available in your state.

Duration: 15-20 minutes

Once you decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your evaluation appointment, send intake paperwork, and provide payment information.

You’ll meet with your assigned licensed clinician via secure telehealth or in person. The clinician will conduct a comprehensive interview about your experiences and assess relevant psychological symptoms.

Duration: 2-3 hours (with breaks as needed)

Your clinician will prepare a comprehensive psychological report including clinical findings, mental health assessment, relevant diagnoses, and professional opinions.

Timeline: 10-14 days after interview

Your completed report will be sent directly to your immigration attorney (or to you if you’re pro se), formatted for legal submission.

If your attorney requests minor clarifications, we provide one round of minor revisions (included in fee) and phone consultation.
