6. Clinical Services and Scope of Practice
Our services are provided by licensed clinicians and qualified independent contractors. Immigration psychological evaluations (including asylum, extreme hardship, VAWA, and U-visa evaluations) are clinical documents intended to support legal proceedings. They do not constitute legal advice, and Supportive Care Services LLC is not a law firm.
Therapy services are provided on a confidential basis. Limits to confidentiality (including mandatory reporting obligations) are disclosed to clients prior to or at the commencement of services. Our services are not intended as emergency mental health services. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988, or go to your nearest emergency room.
7. Fees and Payment
Fees for evaluations and therapy services are provided at the time of engagement and outlined in your service agreement. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund conditions are specified in your individual client agreement with Supportive Care Services LLC.
Supportive Care Services LLC reserves the right to update its fee schedule. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance of services being rendered.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supportive Care Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services beyond the scope of the direct services rendered under a signed service agreement.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for damages arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violations of applicable professional licensing standards.
