What is an immigration psychological evaluation?
An immigration psychological evaluation is a comprehensive clinical assessment conducted by a licensed mental health professional. The evaluation documents psychological factors relevant to your immigration case, such as trauma, hardship, or mental health conditions.
Do I need an immigration evaluation for my case?
While not always required, psychological evaluations significantly strengthen many immigration cases, especially asylum, VAWA, hardship waivers, and U/T visa applications.
About The Process
Is the evaluation confidential?
The evaluation is conducted confidentially, but the report will be shared with your attorney and submitted to USCIS or immigration court.
What if my English isn't perfect?
We have clinicians fluent in Spanish, Haitian Creole, and French. ASL providers and professional interpreters are also available.

Base Fee: $995 – $1,300
Rush Service: +$300 – $500
Family Add-on: +$100 / Person

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer payment plans for those experiencing financial hardship. Please inquire when scheduling.
How quickly can I schedule an evaluation?
Most clients can be scheduled within 1-2 weeks. Rush appointments are available for urgent cases.
